Contemporary villa in Mauritius The project involves the design of a high-end contemporary villa located within a private residential estate in Mauritius. Conceived as a home largely open to its surroundings and designed for entertaining, the villa features generous living spaces and integrates extensive home automation. The architecture is shaped by a close relationship between the interior spaces, water and the tropical landscape. The living areas open onto a series of pools and gardens, gradually blurring the boundaries between inside and outside and making the landscape an integral part of the house. Project developed while working at ECA in Mauritius.
